The property is an older motel, but it’s been well cared for with clean rooms. Situated near downtown and close to a river walkway that’s appealing for outdoor enthusiasts.
The accommodations could use more modern conveniences, especially with limited outlets and charging ports. The King Room felt cramped. there were only two hangers and a tiny bathroom shelf. The air conditioning was slow to cool down the room during hot weather, and the shower had some leaking issues. A foul smell came from the bathroom sink, which was rather disappointing.

Charming stay with friendly service
I had a wonderful stay in a comfortable King Room that exceeded my expectations. The owner was incredibly accommodating and offered great dinner recommendations, making me feel right at home. The room was very clean and had excellent amenities including a refrigerator, which was a nice touch. One thing to improve would be to add more variety to the breakfast offerings. it primarily consisted of carbs.

Can't recommend highly enough for a whistle-stop
Clean room, friendly staff, with plenty of space for family fun took my kids and I by surprise, and the convenient location allowed us to easily explore the downtown area and enjoy the river walk, while the nearby Sacramento Airport made our travel plans a breeze.
Everything was impeccable.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the nearby casino, and the river walk was a great spot to hang out. The rooms were clean, and the owners were super friendly, providing us with water. A great place for a group getaway!
The only downside was that the bathroom in our room was a bit small, but it was clean and worked for our needs. Not a big deal for us.
